WW2 RAF Costume Jewellery

An attractive item of costume jewellery made during WW2. This attractive RAF lady's broach appears to have been commercially produced but using economy grade materials. Plastic substitutes ivory and polished aluminium was used instead of silver and diamonds.

All in all, the broach is attractive and in good condition. Today these broaches are difficult to source.
