Pre WW1 Military Railway Cortebert Watch, c.1910

An interesting pre WW1 "Railway Regulator" pocket watch, with British Army (India) marking. Made by Juillard C. Cortebert, this watch is a high quality timepiece using the Calibre 474 movement. The "J.C." stamp and other details are on the high quality movement.

The watch has signs of service wear but it remains fully working, but not serviced. The dial is the perfect original, which is marked by the retailer Meridian Watch Co. as, "Correct". Note also the superb original flat and heavy duty crystal.

Presented in working order, this watch keeps time.
