WW2 RAF 141 Squadron Pocket Knife
An unbranded pocket knife marked to 141 Squadron RAF, showing only minor signs of use.
Originally disbanded after WW1, 141 was reformed in 1939 as an operational night fighter and night intruder squadron, flying a range of aircraft, including Defiants and Beaufighters. Their Latin motto "Caedimus Noctu", "We slay by night", appears on the knife and stems from WW2.
A lovely knife in excellent condition with well-executed jeweller engraving, measuring 3 inches closed.
