WW1 Soldier's Trench Tipple Cup c.1914

A good example of the popular trench "tipple cup" in the form of a pocket watch, which when opened, expands to a full measure ideal for your rum ration.

The cup bears the maker's initial, C.T. & S. together with their logo and patent registration details. It is made of nickel plated brass, retaining most of its original finish, with the outer case showing minor service wear but the cup looks perfect.
